In that collapse the scout was paralyzed from the waist down. The doctors say it's "permanent" I disagree, here's why. First, and I know this sounds cold, but of all times to have a catastrophic spinal injury, now is the best time for that. In other-words this current time is the best time for the Dallas Cowboys scout to be "permanently" paralyzed, because never before in human history have we been this close to curing spinal injuries. Second, in an online report, NASA is currently working on a tri-corder type device that will detect any environmental pathogen within minutes instead of hours or days. This device is a start, but I believe that we need to improve on this to allow this device to also detect injuries and other diseases. By improving this device we can be able to lower the price of health-care, because this idea take all of the medical testing machines and put them into one efficient portable device. This, plus the other ideas I lay out in part 1 are the only way to lower the price of health-care. What Barack Obama wants will not work, because it only artificially lowers the price without addressing the real problems of taxes, inefficient tech, etc.
